Monte Carlo for Beginners - how to use quantitative techniques to deal with uncertainty

In this presentation Duncan introduces Monte Carlo simulation as a way to deal with uncertainty. Aimed at people unfamiliar with the technique, he shows with a worked example how it can be used to generate timely, actionable information which allows people to make better decisions, and why colourful heatmaps cannot do the same.
