Joachim Schulte joined skyguide, Swiss air navigation services Ltd, in 1999 where he is currently Enterprise Risk Manager. His work in risk management supports risk-based decision making and in particular the setting of priorities based on risk criticality.
Before his current position at skyguide, Joachim was skyguide's head of Business Development. His main responsibility was to develop strategic analyses and to support the formulation and implementation of the corporate strategy.
Before joining skyguide, Joachim worked several years in the construction industry as project manager and design engineer. Among others, he participated in the development of a software for analysing and assessing financial risks involved in construction projects.
Joachim holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He also earned an MBA from the University of Lausanne and a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Risk Management from the University of Geneva.
